Active Dreaming: A New Way to Explore Your Dreams

Active Dreaming: A New Way to Explore Your Dreams In-Person

Active Dreaming teacher, Adelita Chirino returns for a workshop on remembering, journaling and understanding your dreams.

Dreaming is a natural resource that can help you navigate life, become self-aware, develop your own psychic talent, and expand your creativity. Active Dreaming is a safe dream-play practice that allows us to share dreams in a group and get imaginative, non-intrusive feedback.  Active Dreaming, created by author, Robert Moss, uses the wisdom of ancient and indigenous cultures as well as the best of modern dreamwork practices to create a playful but profound approach to understanding our dreams.

Using a variety dream solving tools, Adelita Chirino, will lead the group in respectful and playful explorations of shared dreams.
