An Introduction to AI with Dennis Gleeson In-Person
It’s difficult to go anywhere without hearing about AI. In this hour-long non-technical talk, Dennis Gleeson will look at the difference between search and artificial intelligence; talk about how AIs work; how to work safely with AIs; and some of the societal issues surrounding AI such as education and employment. Come with your questions for what should be an informative and entertaining conversation.
About the presenter:
Dennis Gleeson is former director of strategy in the Central Intelligence Agency’s then-Directorate of Intelligence. In December 2023, Studies in Intelligence, the CIA’s professional journal, published his “Artificial Intelligence for Analysis: The Road Ahead.” He frequently speaks on AI and AI governance and, less frequently, writes about AI over at “The Angry Analyst” on Substack.
