DIY Book Club for Kids - Tale of Despereaux In-Person
The DIY (Do It Yourself) Book Club for the month of January is The Tale of Despereaux by Kate Dicamillo
Children Ages 7-12 along with their family members and friends. Instill a love of literacy by reading together! Each month we’ll choose a high-interest book that both kids and their grownups will enjoy. The title will be available via our Hoopla ebook multi user platform, so each person in your book club will be able to borrow their own digital copy of the book at the same time. Register for this program and the library will provide you with discussion questions, information, and fun activities related to the book that you are welcome to use in making the reading a more engaging experience as you read together.
(Available as an ebook and audiobook via Hoopla. The library also owns a print copy in the juvenile chapter book fiction section.)
