Sunday Afternoon Talks: THE STRATFORD VETERANS MUSEUM Online

The Stratford Library continues the new season of its popular “Sunday Afternoon Talks” series of informative and entertaining talks with “The Stratford Veterans Museum” on Sunday, April 3 at 2 pm.  Guest speaker is Stratford’s Bob Mastroni one of the original co-founders of the musuem

According to Bob:  “My talk (power point presentation) starts with the need  to tell the story of our Stratford veterans who have served our country since the Revolutionary War.  We are collecting information to create a data base, and a picture of the veterans (in uniform) to put on display in the Blue Star room.  We are also doing oral interviews of our veterans. A most important objective of our museum is to make it a destination for student field trips."
