Evan discusses her recent book, Vera's Story: Hidden Scars of War, a biography of her mother's life from childhood in London during World War II where she lived during the blitz, to the end of her life in Florida. During all the years between, she carried the memories of the war with her and they deeply affected so much the way that she lived the rest of her life.
