 usually cook with!\nThis month's spice is Sumac\, which has a deep red hue 
 and fruity\, citrusy flavor. Each kit will include a small sampling of the 
 spice\, information and a few receipes to try.\n\nBeginning Monday\, June 
 12\, you can stop at the Reference Desk to pick up a kit. There is no 
 registration. Kits are first come\, first served.  Supplies are limited. 
 One kit per household.
